A Brand Strategist with experience in the creative agency world, who wants to be part of a tightly knit team, working across disciplines and team boundaries to deliver industry-shaping design and strategy solutions to businesses both in the Germany and worldwide.

A Brand Strategist has a sharp analytical and creative focus and an ability to deliver strategic and business-relevant branding solutions to our clients while working closely with our design teams to create and deliver meaningful experiences.

You are specialised in building brand platforms, shaping brand narratives and defining their essence by operating in the intersection of business and design.
You approach brand building from a holistic perspective using strategic insights to strengthen a brand's identity, position it effectively in the market, and foster a cohesive brand experience that aligns with the company's goals, vision and values.
You have experience in building brand personalities and presence that align with the overall strategy and KPIs of organisations ensuring these elements derive into a brand core that resonate emotionally both internally and externally.
In this role, you’ll be adding your expertise in branding and strategy to a multi-disciplinary, skilled and growing team of colleagues working across an array of industries for global clients.

What makes us curious

At least 5 years of experience positioning brands and building brand foundations by shaping the core elements of the brand’s essence
Experience in building brand narratives, mission statements and the elements that bridge a brand’s strategy with design
Ability to combine a creative and analytical mindset with solid understanding of business and design
Having a curious mind that can solve complex problems by turning insights into tangible strategies
Are comfortable working with strategists and designers in different phases of the projects
Can lead a project from beginning to end including medium to large projects
Leading client communication including facilitating workshops, using your strategic experience to mentor team members and help guide clients
A positive approach and readiness to always help your colleagues
Excellent German and English communication skills – both verbally and written.
