The position
We are looking for a Design Director to push the creative direction for our customers, be a beacon and mentor for the team, and execute world-class creative concepts and designs. You'll be an essential part of a tightly knit team working across disciplines and team boundaries to deliver industry-shaping solutions to businesses.
You will offer support to the design team, be a great partner, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
What will make us an ideal match
We're looking for someone with
- Roughly 8+ yrs of experience in service design, digital products, and innovation
- Experience in design and processes
- A deep understanding of digital services, UI design, and UX
- Excellent communication skills, being a reliable client partner and building a strong relationship with the design team
- An ability to empower and lead teams
- An entrepreneurial spirit, taking on new challenges
- An ambitious mindset, taking initiative and being self-driven
